Origins of your username?

Well, I use a few.

Pokémoneinstein: When I was like 7, I registered on the GameSpot forums, trying to enter a debate about the future Pokémon games. (Later became Diamond & Pearl, but they were previously unannounced) Since I was 7, I thought that if I named myself "Pokémoneinstein," people would think I knew everything about Pokémon and think my opinion was right. XD But anyway, it just got easy to type fast, what with logging in, so it stuck.

ColinSM: I use this on very few sites, but it's my name.

pLover: Originally for a plover and for portableLover, but later I realized the p could stand for anything, which works. Popcorn, pizza, Pokémon, porn ( :awesome: ), NOT penis, etc.

Well my nickname is nobble in real life (nob for short). My friend's dad decided to call me it one day. (IDK why) then i googled it and this is what i came up with.

nobble [ˈnɒbəl]
vb (tr) Brit slang
1. (Individual Sports & Recreations / Horse Racing) to disable (a racehorse), esp with drugs
2. to win over or outwit (a person) by underhand means
3. to suborn (a person, esp a juror) by threats, bribery, etc.
4. to steal; filch
5. to get hold of; grab
6. to kidnap

I like number 2 the best.

Anyway i decided thats what i should call myself. I was going to choose eomonkeyboi24 which has another story and makes more sense. But i decided not to.

Ampersand.

Symbol: &

Meaning: "and"

Origin: Proper English phrase "and per se and", meaning "and".

How I came up with it: I was one Heck of a clever eight-year-old.

Palmer Freeman Luckey.
You're quite Luckey that your middle name is Freeman.

Also, I guess J.D is an acronym of my first and middle name. James Doran.

But on most sites I am known as "Swordfyre", some retarded username that I used at the Game Maker Community when I was 10. The username stuck, since I am the most uncreative person ever. Most Google results for Swordfyre are related to my Youtube channel.

Before that, I was known as "Onlyone454", an uber retarded name I made up on Runescape when I was 8. After it got hacked I decided to drop the name.

First screenname: Dynamic D. :awesome:

I threw a Frisbee onto the neighbor's roof when I was 8 or so, and my dad threw me up there. According to him I was very dynamic about it.

Go me. Anyways. Got tired of using it for all of 1 gameshark forums, and thought it was cheesy.

Life goes on, and in 7th grade I joined Steam and played TFC(Team Fortress Classic). I used the screenname "After Shock," which I eventually shortened to "AfterShock." So there was this other guy who played TFC with me alot, and he was "DarkSlayer" And like, back then they had like clan tags and stuff. Our server was called "Dark Realm." After awhile our clan changed from [DR] to just adding "Slayer" after then end of our names. And as such, "AfterShockSlayer" sounded too long, so, I shortened it to "ShockSlayer" No one called me SS, though, I was well known so I was still called "After" by DarkSlayer, and "Shock" by others. I was never called SS untill my BH days, and as such I consider that the only nickname I'll take for now.

In any case, I keep the name in hopes of one day meeting DarkSlayer again, cause he was my first internet friend. I DO know that his name is Zach and he lives in georgia, but that's about it.

SS

Mine is probably the most original, most intelligent username here.

First name, first letter of last name.

robm.

Go me.

Also,

Rock On, Billy Mays.

Well, I saw somebody's username on another site, and it was their name + FTW
I was like "Holy *Can'tSayThisOnTV* Sega *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ing flax" I want a username like that. So...

My first username ever was OWNaruto...google has logs of all my activities on different forums from about 7 years ago xD
Then I decided to go with Jidan because I wanted something that sounded Japanese and wasn't retarded.
Now, I try to get Reign wherever I can and when I can't get Reign, I use k_Reign.

Very random, all because they sounded cool. The first one was "Obsessed With Naruto" but now I can't stand that show because of what America has done to it (it was a decent show in Japanese) but now I have it on some places because that's what I'm known as.

Hailrazer.

I had a company named HailRaisers. I chased hail storms to repair hail damage using Paintless Dent Repair.

I liked the name but thought Razer was cooler than Raiser. So there you go. :)

Holy Flux, Batman! J.D. is the secret star of scrubs!

Nevermind, it was John Dorian.

My username is my name backwards, Jared Davis, Davis Jared. DJ. Also it was my elementary school username and the 711 is my birthdate with a one tacked on.

I like the Legend of Zelda series a lot. Back in the middle of 2007, my sister bugged me to join a Zelda fan forum she had been a member of for a while, and since I liked the place, I decided to register. My favorite Zelda game at the time was Twilight Princess, and I thought Link's wolf form was awesome. Thus, Twilight Wolf. I've used that username on the whole other two forums I've joined since then (Benheck and ModRetro) as well, and I used to use this name on Steam for a while. It didn't work out, though; everyone I played with assumed I was either a Twilight fan/a furry/both, so I changed it to Edward Elric.

Last year, I really started to get into Fullmetal Alchemist. There are several clans on the Zelda forum I joined, and all the members of the clan I'm co-master of are all big FMA fans, as well, so in addition to making Alphonse Elric our mascot, we all changed our usernames to characters from the show. Al's my favorite character, but since I didn't want to steal the mascot for myself, I picked my close second: Edward. It was after that that I changed my Steam name and profile picture and changed my avatar here to match.

Edward is awesome but I really like Mustang better. I kind of guessed that's where your username came from T_W
