Using VGA ram heatsinks

His copper didn't work, you can use vga ram, and don't listen to a word that bacteria says, half of it is garbage.

Well, half of it is his own little personal opinions that are totally wrong due to him being a big flop, like the single cored wire or the 30 guage, wiring straight to the motherboard chips and folding over that portion of his n64. He has the whole thing wrongly opinionated and it can be made much better.
I think it is better to learn for yourself what to do by understanding everything instead of using his guides, so you can have your own personal preferences on things.

There's another n64p guide somewhere.

Search for the Revision3 guide.

XCVG also made a miniguide here at the forums.

I vaguely remember reading that diamonds are best for heatsinks.

I think there's a diamond dust thermal compound floating about as well.

Diamonds are best when it comes to dispersing heat and cooling. There was a thread a little while ago on heatsinks, on my iPod so I'm not gonna bother looking for it :p
