Nintendott, it is widescreen, but there is a switch for 4.
Beta, thanks. I just used a strip of sandpaper and ran it in and out of the hole.
Change of plans, again. After gluing the case together, I did a test fit. Big problem. 50% of the case is empty space.
In the above picture, all I would need to put in is the controller and audio amp, and those take up almost no space at all. So, new idea. As much as I want the cart on the inside, I cannot bear to leave that much free space inside that case because it makes it so fat. I cut off a half inch of the case and am going to put the cart slot on the outside.
Thinned and bondo added for the sides:
After cutting the 1/2" off I got the concrete on my patio wet and sanded the back down flat. Now all the sides are even. Wet concrete is a good abrasive.
Aaaaand I AM putting the expansion pack in. There is just barely enough room.

It's taken a long time so far. I've spent maybe 6-7 hours on it.

There's lots of flaws in the case. You can see them really easily in bright light. But, I think it looks okay and I am not going to paint it again.
^In that picture you can see some of the sanding marks. I only had 400grit sandpaper, so you see a lot of circular scratches. Oh well, at least the paint coating is pretty even.
