Would this screen run off 7.4v?

would run off 7.4v for my N64 portable.

In all likelihood, the screen will have a 7805 voltage regulator that will regulate it down to 5v. It would probably work on 7.5v, but sometimes the minumum voltage for the regulators is 9v. Alternatively you could bypass the regulator.
