When I was little, I tore off the label of my Pokemon Yellow. So today I was bored, and did this..

It's not great, but I was sick of looking at a blank cartridge.

Are you tired of regular Nintendo 64 controllers? Of course you are! They are, quite possibly, the most visually displeasing things on planet earth!

Even babies hate them!

Fortunately, I made my N64 controller look uber-cool, with nothing more than an LED and a drill!

The controller was already open on my desk, and I had a red 3mm LED laying around, so yes. 5 minutes.

Edit- I have a 3mm green LED, a 3mm blue LED, and 4 small yellowish-white SMT LED's. I also have the back half of a jungle green controller. What will this become...?

Earlier today I was Segaing about not having a TV for testing things in the garage. I know I had a 13" TV with only RF input. I also know I could buy an RF modulator for $7 or so at the thrift store.

The obvious solution, of course, was to make or mod an RF modulator. I selected the Genesis one that I had already opened once or twice. It took me an hour or so, but I modded it into an RF modulator with RCA jacks. Currently battery powered, because I couldn't find a suitable AC adaptor.

It's really easy. I took the RF modulator out of my Genisis 1. It's really small, runs on 5v, and can take composite and mono sound and convert it to RF.
