Dude! I'm so happy to see you're getting this far! I can't wait to see this done!

Epoxy those wires down before they give you problems! :awesome:

Also, if you could, give me the chip number of the one labeled ATMEL on your memory card.

UPDATE
Wired up some custom regs, works fine.
This is the main reason I'm making this update:

Yes, it is awesome. Trimmed with a Bridgeport, de-burred, and finished with a sandblaster.

Thanks guys.
I did some testing with the heatsink setup today, and the thing got pretty hot. I had the tchay fan glued to the heatsink, and ran it off of 3.3v. Maybe I should make a 5V reg?

You could use a switching reg or if the power consumption isn't too much you could use a linear 5v reg. Also, do have a way of recording temperatures? IMO, unless it gets over 60°c, its not bad as long as you use epoxy instead of hot glue to hold the fan on or in other places where it gets hot.

I don't even know what to say to describe how amazing that is. It's just so... clean...

Can we just like... force you to put a picture of that heatsink in your sig? I want to see it more.

I just bought that fan, and I'm sure it's labeled 5V, so I can vouch for what SS said.

Also, I'm in awe before your -cutting skills, I could only dream of achieving this..

EDIT : Aren't those wires supplying the fan a bit thin? I think they should work, but standard IDE might provide more To that fan? Just pointing out the options I have in mind.

I remember in one of ashens worklogs he said 3.3v works fine.... But Im going to have to try 5v once I get another reg in the mail.
The wires should work fine, original wires are the same gauge.
I used one of these to cut my heatsink:
