Nope, I want to maintain the same angles and curves in the corners, just broaden it so it goes around the new screen hole. Exactly the same as the original, but wider because the screen hole is wider.

Ah, you could just free hand it. Do you have a link to that metal thing you mentioned?

yeah, that usually what i end up doing...
this is the metal thing i was talking about. Invert the dremel in it, set the height, and go.

Never mind, I got it all figured out. I put the bit into my drill press and raised the platform up to it, then moved the gameboy case around to shave and carve it out. It looks great. Here are pictures!

He just used a drill press and routed it himself. I dont think a specific size was necessary

You can't just route with standard drill bits.

He said he chucked one of these in the drill. It's a cutting bit, not a drill bit. Vastly different.
