yah 2nd n64p because the 1st one i made is huge.

the mobo works right now but doesnt display an image ...

its a revision 4 mobo

its gonaa have a 3.5inch screen the batteryspace batteries two of em' and the smart charger + pcb

the case is gonna be vac formed ... so i have to make one and i still need to do some more mobo trimming.

im thinking that im going to vacuum form clear case thats plastic and have the whole thing light up blue.



got the mobo 95% finished up.

please tell me if i can remove anything like caps or resistors

also i know i can cut off more in front of the jumper pak slot doing that tomoro and trimming off the extra grounding ....

this n64 should be pretty small!

im thinking about doing rcp wiring but im pretty scared to do it.
should i rcp wire it or no?

All that I can see that you can still cut off are the SMTs for controller 1. See this guide here:

If you want to do an RCP just don't use to much solder and use flux.

Maybe you should relocate the jumper pack or expansion pack.

hahaha yah i might rcp there is no way in Heck im doing the jumper relocation.

ill finish up the trimming and cut the front off like beta says can you rewire to two traces that run in front of the jumper pak?

Those are controller data lines, once you U8 wire, you don't need them.

I think you should do RCP. But make sure to take your time with it and be careful.

ok i rewired the two traces just in case haha but i guess it didnt matter. how much of the top of the cart slot near the solder pads can i remove the white part

and how far in can i cut towards the jumper pak i saw some traces underneath the jumper can i cut through those without rewiring or will i need to rewire?

I saw the white part cut all the way to the contacts! Im not sure about the jumper pack, but I would to be safe.
