no joke this is exactly what i had in mind for my portable. its looking great!

someone else did one in a zn 40 case and they had some project boxes in the back to hold the cartridge and battery supply.
do you plan on making everything internal or have some things protruding the case?

Theres so much extra room in there.

The only thing external would be the buttons and the cartslot.

yeah, the 45 has got some extra depth to it, this is gonna be one sexy portable!
did you pay for your case or ask for a "sample" lol

i just noticed the A, B, and C button placement. does the edge of the case get in your way at all?
i know its not finished but the ridge looks kinda close

never noticed that area my suggestion would be to have the ridge from the c buttons to the slant as close to the c buttons as possible.

The only thing to the left of the c-buttons in the hole for the screen.

I think he was talking about the slight depression to the left of them (also at the top of the D-pad)

Did the LED mod on an extra Backlight I had, Its Bright as Heck!

Minor Update.

Got the Screen in, fitted in in and tested it, It fits my ZN-46 without LED modding it!

But yes, The Controls are mounted.

I can Already tell that this will be a Sega to fit in the case

but I will manage.
