Just use a Playchoice-10 and an adapter

actually, you don't need an adapter for the playchoice. Just do this. Replace the nes ppu with the playchoice's ppu. That way the nes can output RGB. The red, green, and blue lines will need to go though an amplifier to look nice, but by doing this, you can hook it up to the playchioce monitor. There is a youtube tutorial for this.

No colors!
