take some plastic, and make it out of that by cutting it in pieces and glue it together or something like that

you can vacuum form a case but it's easier to use a pre-made case, like a pelican case

hi, I have a two questions :P is it possible to built a Gameboy Advance sp battery in a gameboy pocket? And is there a way to charge it without a gameboy sp?

you should use the C stick of the gamecube controller instead of the c buttons of the n64 controller.

does that 7" screen have audio input and output because, I want to use it in a project I am planning.

i think you should start with front lighting your gameboys or something like that. that's probably the easiest thing to do, to start with.
