Xbox 360 laptop Case question?

Can you vacuum form your Xbox 360 laptop case or do you have to use a different materials?

you can vacuum form a case but it's easier to use a pre-made case, like a pelican case

You'd better have some thick plastic.

You should not vacuum form something that big. For one, you can't do it in a standard oven. For two, that much flat space will flex a LOT without an internal skeleton.

So if I didn't want to use a premade case, I would need to make it out of what?

If you have access to a CNC you can make it out of thicker plastic sheets, aluminum, etc.

take some plastic, and make it out of that by cutting it in pieces and glue it together or something like that
