Yeah, there are a few bugs in these Nes games but remember, they are going to update them and fix them... maybe the current firmware they have out isn't stable with the Nes games... the ambassador program was sort of a last minute attempt to please the people who bought a 3DS before August 11th.

Man, if the 3DS was more open to homebrew and emulation, it would be a way better handheld...
