Jtagged Falcon console (play back-ups off HDD)
12v modded stock fans
gpu heatsink replaced with cpu heatsink since there is no disk drive.
1W stereo speakers.

Here you can see the volume knob and video out switch.

There is a separate power cord for the monitor.

it's cool and all but i think 700 $ seems a bit much for a xbox with a crappy monitor stuck on it... doesn't even have a disc drive..
Just an advice, good for you if you can sell it
