In this picture, why you used two ide wires? The awg of the red wires was not enough ?

They work fine. I still have to do some tests on latency (to make sure there's none), however it works! Those two wire were from two of the red ones coming off and then being to lazy to strip some new kynar wire. The IDE is actually not that hard to solder to the chip!

P.S. Is it a good idea to remove the flux off of the board? Or does it not matter?

It's always a good idea to remove flux from the board because flux eats away at the board slowly. Just go over it with some alcohol
