How do you make such nice precision holes!?!?!??! I was so bad at those on my Ccube. Do tell!

Everything is drawn on and sanded out by hand with a ruler and compass. Except the intake vent, that one used pcboard as a guide.

Did you have a really small dremel bit? That might be why I couldn't make good cuts.

No standard sanding drum, the memory card slots were cut with a filing kit.

Oh not for the vent, that was a 1/16 drill bit on my drill press.

This, I've been aquiring new tools and parts. With the wiikey fusion working I don't see the point to have a disc drive on this.

I should have a new design within a month or so.
