Okay..its been a while, but many of you know that i have a n64p I have working on, and im 99.99% done with it. Now, ground and 3.3v is going through board, but the positive wire will not cooporate. After many failed attempts, this wire does not want on. I've cleaned most of the residue off the board, but Im not too sure how to use soldering flux rosin. It doesnt work for me. Is there any special way to get this solder to stick to the pad besides dipping the solder into the flux? If i can get the solder to stick, its one more portable in the completed section :D

You don't put flux on the solder, you put it on the pad your soldering to. And you heat the pad and apply the solder to said pad to tin it, then put the tinned wire on and solder it to the board.

Oh geez..I've been doing it wrong  ...I guess I'll try that and see how it turns out. Thanks a million.
