Help Identifying GC IPL (without Swiss)

Hey guys, I have a doubt that I can't find a definite answer to. I'll be buying a gamecube (most probably via ebay) and I'll do the wiikey fusion mod, but most sellers that I ask don't inform me the IPL ( even the revision ).So knowing that the mod only works with ntsc cubes that have IPL superior than 1.0, how can I find out the IPL?

Yeah I had seen that link, I didn't think it was so reliable, because if you scroll down the topic you see that there's not a consensus on wich piece of information is correct, but thanks anyway

I posted this somewhere.. err.. else.. I'll just copy it here in its entirety.

If its a pal GC it should work 100%. NTSC boards that are DOL-CPU-10 (printed on MB by the processor) are likely not to work. I've also encountered a few DOL-CPU-11 boards that still have an IPL v1.0

Without having some way to run Swiss ( http://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewto ... f=25&t=373 )there's really no way to tell for sure what IPL you have. But board revisions seem to be a decent way to tell for those without homebrew capability.
