How in the world can you stand 3D. XD
I am pretty near sighted, but I never wear my glasses. When I do, my eyes rely on them and I really NEED them. If I do not use them, then something to do with my focusing muscles having to stay in shape lets me see a lot better.

There is a sun sticker on the front of my camera that my brother put there after getting it from the doctors office.

Lens cleaner should help. My whole family (extended, too) wears glasses, but my eyes began working when I turned 6. 
Look, you can clean the lens all you want. But if you buff it enough to remove anything other than very small scratches, then the curve of the lens will be altered too much for them to work very well for correcting vision.
