E3 2012

I'm looking for Doom and some 3DS games, really. I don't know if I'll get a WiiU, at least right now.
 
My prediction for Valve:

Stuff about CS:GO
Stuff about Dota 2
Announcement of Left 4 Dead 3, which takes place in Florida
Absolutely nothing on Episode 3/HL3

problem: Valve does not do 3's. You'll get Left4Dead 2: Episode 1.
 
I wonder if we'll see anything on Sony Smash Bros, or whatever it's called.

That's the one thing from Sony that even looks slightly interesting and it isn't even remotely original, lol.

Retards at my school were telling me that it's in no way anything to do with Brawl other than that they're both fighters, am I allowed to kill them in the face with PCP?
 
yes.

it looks flax, sony have really uncreative and boring characters, but it will be worth one play if someone from hot shots golf is in.
 
Nintendo's PrE3 conference is tomorrow (west coast, since that's where E3 takes place) afternoon, where they'll be releasing Wii U hardware details.

My body is ready.
 
Alright, so Wii U does video chat, clickable analogs confirmed for the gamepad. Wii U controller announced (looked similar to 360 controller but with both analogs up top rather than one up one down. Wii U controller acts as universal remote for your TV and stuff.
 
The Pro Controller is all I wanted, but I'll have to have it in my hand to see how that analog placement works.

Just bought a Vita, so I hope Sony announce a few decent games. Looking forward to LittleBigPlanet for it and am praying they release a sequel to LocoRoco. Would world perfectly with the Vita's tilt controls.

Except for the fact that it was just broadcasted by the president of nintendo.
 
Yeah, it's a screen cap from the Nintendo Pre-E3 web conference.

Thinking about it, I can see it working better for 3D games, but I just hope 2D games don't suffer because of it. It's pretty much a combination of the 360 and PS3's respective controllers.

Also, it looks like it has the same charging port that was on the leaked tablet picture, which in itself looks just like the DS lite charger port.
 
I actually like that a lot.

With 2D games, I think the d-pad and face buttons being parallel to each other is fantastic, it reminds me of a PS1 controller (pre-Dualshock). And I don't see why the analog sticks would be uncomfortable.
