I have a package that came from china via ebay and now it is at ISC. It is an arduino Uno board R3

Firstly no reason to make a new thread - old one would have sufficed. secondly I don't really claim to be an expert on New York, but I don't see anything inherently wrong there. Besides, it's been proven that shipping carriers do strange flax with packages all the *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ing time - stop whining about it.

I think he thought that it actually went to Jamaica the country, not the place in New York.

No im not that stupid like i said in my first post it went to the NY ISC. Things go there because the object was (for the lack of a better word) malicious.
