How thick has anyone ever vac formed? I was wondering because my cases made out of 1mm plastic just aren't sturdy enough. But vac forming works so well with 1 mm, i think i could crank it up a notch, is that even doable? I thought of trying with 2 and 3 mm plastic, for simple shapes of course. But maybe i need to look into ABS...
