I was thinking about putting this work log in the n64 due to the system having a N64 inside of it... But this I would guess would be considered an "other" due to the multiple systems inside. (emulators) I had started a GameCube portable and decided to put it aside when I came up with this idea...

I always read that everyone buys those portable little speakers just rid it of the amp. I on the other hand just took apart a computer speaker and took the amp from that. :) I'm pretty sure you can find those portable speakers from radioshack, etc.

First case was ruined lol, tried doing something for the screen hole and ruined it. Going by Radioshack tomorrow to get another one. 8$ down the drain... well nvm I can use the remaining parts of the case for practice :P

Hello, Danaerus here and I was wondering how much It would cost if I were to commission someone to cut my Original Gamecube controller into 3 pieces, and wire them back up together. Like so... Not exactly like that because I really don't know how to wire it/cut it But yeah, I'd like the board...

Is there any other way to solder straight to the board for the controller other than this method? I can't get to the soldering points with this method because I want to keep my memory card slots in place inside the portable, so I cannot reach the spot that I need to solder to. I was just...

FIXED: my power regulator was bugged out or something, it wasnt giving the correct 12v instead is was giving like 0.5v So all i did is I just hooked up the 5v line to it and it works PERFECTLY. thanks all :D

Nah, I powered it up on my wood floor lol. And yes I did put on the heatsink that came with the system when i powered it on. Can you explain to me a little better? I read Tchay's sound fix guide but i cant find any of the things he drew on both my boards. A visual description would help a ton...

Hi, when I was taking apart my gamecube, i turned it on for a test and i noticed the gamecube didnt have any sound. I read somewhere to wire the 12v line or something like that, but how do i do that? I wire my power regulator to my mobo already and its till not working. Yes, It was not working...

So no one has any idea what It could be that it is making my players 1,2,and 4 ports not work. Though the 3rd player works? Well, my board does power on, and the LED on the controller ports board turns on. So it is getting sufficient power I assume.
