xbox 360 dissasembly help!

Hi I've figured out how to take the mother board out of the white shell on the 360 but I can't get the board out of the metal shell please help thanx

Search on youtube. There are several tutorials on taking xbox 360s apart.

usually, i just pull the disc drvie out, remove the heatsinks and everything else that comes off. then i just pull the board up and out.

Ya but I can't get the heatsinks off cuz I can't get the screws on the bottom off which are connected to the hetasinks

oh, i just drilled em out. lemme take a look at a 360 and see what i can see.

Also I was wondering if I could use the cd disk drive like the ones they use in wii's instead of the one it uses
