TF2/Steam Issues

Aight, so me and my bro both have two different steam accounts and both of us have bought TF2. We used to be able to play on the same online server, but now we can't. Don't know why, I'm guessing it might have something to do with the router, that seems like the only potential thing. The power went out the other day, maybe something got reset in the router...?

Anyone been through this/got a solution? I can get into the router config and probably do some stuff.

Have you tried turning the router off and on again?

Steam has been acting really odd lately.

try going to a random server first, and cancel when the loading bar says 'sending client data'
then try connect to your server

I always get that problem, dunno if its the same for you :/
