SD Gecko Mobo Problem

I was soldering my sd gecko to the relocation points shown in Ashen's guide for slot a on the bottom board at the small components. Well the component that has the INT,CLK, SENSE, and DI pins came off the board. What do i do? Can it be saved?

If any of the legs came out of the chip, then there is nothing you can do about that. If not, you could try to put it back on the board and solder it back into place. If you have a dead GameCube motherboard, you could also salvage that piece from it and transplant it to your working board by holding the soldering iron down on the legs of the chip and lifting it with a sharp tool. But if you can do neither, you always have the option to solder straight to the GPU (big processor in the middle) by using these pinouts:

Getting rid of that component doesn't do any harm, other than that when you solder straight to the GPU your wires can't be very long (2.5 inches maximum, in most cases).
