PTH8000 and PTH8080?

So I'm in the process of finding a PTH8000 or PTH8080 step-down regulators for my n64p. Which one should I get? From what I've heard they do the EXACT SAME THING, but is there a difference? Either way, I can't seem to find the Dang thing... Could someone post me a link to them from Ti (or anywhere for that matter)?

There is differences, but not for a n64p, it doesn't matter. Use that pdf, you have diagrams for both of them:

And i could not get mine from TI beacause they does not ship samples anymore, but i took mine at arrow electronic, an online store, cost me about 10$ shipping included, fast shipping!
