PS2 max HD size?

heyo,

can anyone here tell me what the max addressable size for ps2 internal HD is via OPL? also, same limit for IDE vs. SATA? my modded network adapter has SATA interface.

I don't remember what the limit was, but I'm fairly certain that it would be the same for both IDE/SATA drives. As far as I know, those third party network adapters with SATA support going around just use IDE to SATA adapters.
