Pokemon FR/LG Rom Hacking tools?

Well I am wanting to start a ROM hack but I'm having trouble getting the programs I need to actually mod it. The reason for asking here is because the last time I tried I got a virus on my PC from Whackahack. (Luckily I got it off!) IM NOT ASKING FOR THE FR/LG ROM FILES. JUST THE TOOLS FOR THAT.

Zero JUST posted a link in the other thread, and I know you read it because you posted after him.
Also, to make a halfway decent hack, you're going to need month(s) of scripting training, because there's no tool for that.
