Paypal issues.

well, in short, paypal isnt working. i have tried buying two different things on ebay, and one thing on newegg, and one thing on DX. each time, i get redirected to a page that says this:

now, my account isnt suspended. i can log in, and stuff, and i can still use the 'send money' feature. but i cant purchase anything. anyone know what is going on?

Call Paypal. They locked your account probably because of a fraud red flag.

They will fix it

but my account isnt locked. i can log in, send and recieve payment, and edit info, and all that. it just wont work when redirected from a different site. and, i havent done anything? how would i have fraud?

first of all, you dont bump old topics. also what the Heck. we need bic here to explain all about servers and stuff. the internet is a wild place. learn for yourself.
