Orde of wiring?

I am currently wrking on an n64 portable and I was just wondering that is there any way to wire certain components before others to prevent problems as opposed to wiring on the baaterries screen and all that in any order I feel? If this question is hard to understand ill do my best to rephrase

Well I mean of course I read the stixky and guide but I was just being extra careful I guess you could say
