The charging circuit in you batteries... That's a protection circuit, right? if so, i would very much like those and a charger (If you have one. If not, I can buy off eBay or something.)

I don't have a charger for them but the charging circuit is a protection circuit.

60 shipped? i think your asking too much. it costs 43$ without the LED mod but being that it was opened the value would go down, so it should at least be around 48-50$.
