What is the difference between this proposed board and the MEGA3?

the MEGA3 has a dual configuration design:
internal or external connectivity to the GC...
for external connectivity it requires the digital port connector from an official component cable

since it is much bigger in size than the official board and also has fiber optic audio, its pointless to use it as an internal setup in a portable...however, the size of the official board is perfect for portables...
since i will have to remove the official connector from the official board to install to my MEGA3, i will have the official board left over for sale...

so what are the difference?
its the real official board used in the component cable with the connector removed and ready to install in a portable...
