Mounting PCBs Into Cases and What Can't Touch Others

How do you mount pcbs into cases without damaging anything?
Also what is able to touch other things and what can't
touch other things inside the case.

I epoxied some standoffs I made from pieces of my case I had cut out, like the hold for the screen. If they were too tall I sanded them down. Epoxy works for mounting as well you just need to make sure it doesn't get into anything that needs to move.

Hot glue can work, but it's sloppy. Many people on this site have basically filled their cases with hot glue to hold everything in place lol.
