Interesting power supply behavior

So, when I plug my stock power supply into this one board, the power supply clicks quietly and the LED blinks. The power supply works just fine with other N64s. What gives?

I would try the jumper pak thing. If that doesn't work, try a different power supply.

something on your board is shorting, causing the power supply to turn off.
