Did some quick calculations, looks like the fan should sit flush with the heatsink. Also, the fan is gonna stick out about .75mm off the edge of the heatsink, so I might need to cut I bit more unless it dosen't bother me. Otherwise, it'll work out just fine.

It dosen't stick out the edge, but the fan is a bit thicker that the heatsink. Not a problem really.

I said a few (hundred) pages back, that when I pried my memcard off, one of the chips leads broke off. Well, now the entire chip decided to fall the *Can'tSayThisOnTV* off, and its pretty tiny and its a pain to solder to, so I want to know if its really needed. It the one circled in black.

As you can see, the OMGWTF cut cuts across the chip, so I'm guessing its not nessessary.
Also, if you think it is needed, can someone send me the chip?
