It looks like all he has connected is the power LED and the reset switch, I don't think actual ports will comnnect to the PC natively but, you could build a Nintendo Wii U adapter into being there are drivers to use them on PC. I want to do a build like this eventually as well.

Ah, I feel kinda stupid for not noticing that

The Wii U controller adapter was my plan A anyway.

I'm also toying with the idea of putting an msata ssd inside of a gamecube memory card, but i don't know if it'll spoil the look of it if you always need to have a memory card sticking out, so i might just have the card ports as usb drives. But I'm still considering all options
