It's not a sign of immaturity for me to protect my intellectual property from a person who is known to abuse his authority and edit posts/pictures to his liking.

We all are, if you haven't noticed. BACK ON TOPIC TOK.

I like the paintjob, the blue is really soft.

Re: Clarky64 worklog update 24th may

Thanks guys!

It is white, it looks blue or grey as its just a mixture of dull light and my crappy camera.

Back on the subject of comfortablity, who cares, its for my use anyway :p rofl

Edit: Just to add that the first pic is the case in primer, before final white coat.

Ok, I'm almost there. However, when playing a game if I push up on the analog it continues to stay pushed forward in the game.

Is there a limit to how much you can extend the original analog wires?

My portable is now basically finished. All thats left to do is rewire the memory card slot to the bottom of the case. Oh and trim the plastic screen protector.

Heres some pics and a video:

Re: Clarky64 worklog update 24th may

Congrats man. I think this is the first portable that has the controls over the screen. Looks great!

Looks awesome, man.

Soon as you put up a post in the "Finished Projects" forum I'll add it to the sticky.

D-Pad is a little off but other then that, awesome portable.

The d-pad is straight, its just the case front slops off to one side towards the analog making the d-pad look slightly off.

Thanks ppl!! I wouldn't have been able to make it if it wasn't for all you guys help and advice!

Its now just sat on my desk at work charging as I drained the batteries last night playing golden eye....good times.

I'll hook up the memory card slot when I get home. Once done I put this into finished projects.

Thanks again you lot!
