Silly Rom Hack

Yo. I love Pokemon Crystal. I hate the Gameboy Color. So, I want to solve this problem by hacking Blue to just be Crystal, but playable on the original Gameboy. So, here's where you come in. I've never done this before. Anyone wanna help me out or something? Here are some things I want done to it:

-Custom Title Screen (Probably just the same one as Blue, but with the changed name and different pokemon scrolling through)
-Johto Map derp
-Same dialogue and placement of random people/trainers
-Changing of Pokemon sprites and starting stats and such.

Now I've found some Red Blue Yellow hacking tools, but I don't really know how to use them.

wouldn't it be easier to hack, say, Gold or Silver?

I know a ton about Pokemon ROM hacking from back in the day.

But yeah, like Gross said. And what are you going to do, burn it to a cart?

Yea, seems like it would be way easier to add the extra stuff in Crystal to Gold/Silver.

That is an excellent idea, guys. I completely forgot that G/S were for the DMG.
