Questions About Portable Systems Made

I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I've been wondering what all has been made to date. For instance I've seen portable PS2's, Gamecubes, N64's and even Wii's and XBox 360's but I haven't seen some others. Have any of the following been made?

Dreamcast
Sega Saturn
NeoGeo
XBox
PS2 that can play American and Import games
Gamecube that can play American and Import games

And also has anyone made a system compatible with MAME emulators? So people could play the MAME emulated ROMS just like on a console? I know that gets kinda tricky since there are different MAME emulators for different ROMS, especially when one starts talking about the later KOF games but it can't hurt to ask.

-A Chinese company made a couple and were trying to Mass produce them. Nothing ever came out of that though that I can remember.

-There was one a long time ago, can't remember if it was an actual portable, a laptop, or even if it was ever finished. Most xbox(en) mods are slimline case mods though and not portables.

Has anyone made a portable Dreamcast or XBox with screens that big yet? I can't imagine playing like Shenmue or Shenmue 2 on tiny screens.
