so i was working on my nes and I'm following Mario's guide.... im on step #17 making the power regulator and was following picture two.... i was almost done... but then i realized that the regulator was labeld 1 3 2 not 1 2 3 for the pins!!!! ARRRRGGGHHHH!! is it ok if i keep it how it is or take everything apart

You could leave it wired wrong. If you do though, dont expect it to function, and dont be surprised if the magic smoke comes out. The regulator, and everything else, really, needs to be wired correctly. So yeah, redo it. Shouldnt be too hard, I imagine.
