All GameCubes are compatible with the Wiikey Fusion IF you flash Swiss as their firmware. I am not sure what languages Swiss comes in, but definitely look into it.

I don't know where these websites can ship but they both carry the custom regulator parts:

You need one of the PTR08100WVD and a couple of the PTH08080WAH. They're going to be expensive regardless of where they come from.

For custom regulator parts, you may need to go to the Junkyard here on modretro and ask for anyone also living in Brazil about getting them. Someone might sell them to you.
I from what I've heard, WiiKey's are no longer made, but megalomaniac may have some left. He sells them internationally, but I can't recall if he has any more.
