Thank you! :awesome:

Progress looks pretty nice man! I wonder if you're using one of the DOL-002 model GameCube specific to brazil? I only wonder because we haven't confirmed the Wiikey Fusion working for sure on those models yet. Would be nice to know.

My hats off to you for the work on wiring to the actel chip on the wiikey, those pins are super tiny! And also for following the guide to a T and getting it working the first time!

Are you going to cut the motherboard at all? What kind of case are you considering?

HOLY. Nice work bro. I'm getting used to new ppl who just blow my brains out. :D

yes ash, the wiikey fusion works on a DOL-002, i didn't post my progress yet, but the wiikey is working fine on my brazilian cube

and nice work on this portable so far! specially on wiring the wiikey fusion directly to the actel!

Thanks to All ... The Actel chip pins are very small, however I wanted to see it work and do not want to have to buy another ...
Ashen Dear friend, I feel much more my NGC is a DOL-001 (USA), so can not help you ...
The case I guess I'll use a plastic container as the photos below ...
My Portable will be lacking in a lot because they do not find anything in my country ...
The Regulators (I'll have to use the Original)
Batteries (The freight Bateryspace for my country is very high)

Most want him to be cute and comfortable ...
Thanks to All!

Friends ... can someone tell me what to wear to the finish?
Somebody already used GTL 5000mHA Batteries?
Thank you once again ...!

I'm officially super impressed. That's one Heck of a nice job you've done so far. :D

I think something may be lost in translation here... but I'm thinking you're talking about paint? This is what I use:

http://www.krylon.com/products/epoxy_enamel_paint/

It gives a super glossy almost indestructible finish.

Are these batteries the ones you're talking about?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/4x-18650-3-7V-5 ... 0742341594

If so, I SERIOUSLY doubt they are TRULY rated at 5000mah. 18650's max capacity that I've seen is 2600mah, and 2800 for the high power kind. Have you checked batteryspace.com?

http://www.batteryspace.com/Li-ion-1865 ... ---LG.aspx
http://www.batteryspace.com/pcbfor111vl ... ocket.aspx
http://www.batteryspace.com/smartcharge ... eplug.aspx

OR

here is a nice pre-made pack with the PCB included:

http://www.batteryspace.com/li-ion18650 ... arate.aspx

2600mah @ 11.1v should get you roughly 2+ hours playtime if I figure right.

Keep up the good work man!

Ashen dear friend ... Thanks for the compliments ... I learned a lot here with you and others of this Site ..

But on the finish I was referring to the mass .. imperfections to top ...

And the batteries ... I really wanted some adiquirir by Batteryspace ... put the value of shipping is more expensive than the batteries .... so wanted to find a solution here in my country even ...

One more question ... with a 11.1v battery work with regulators GC original?

Thanks buddy! :)

An 11.1v pack will work, the only problem is that once the charged voltage of the pack drops below 10v the GC's original regulator wont turn on. Honestly a 14.8v pack would be better and will net you a bit more battery life, if you have room for 4 cells that is.

If batteryspace is out of the question have you checked what shipping is like from here:

http://www.all-battery.com/tenergyli-io ... 30005.aspx
http://www.all-battery.com/PCBfor14.8VL ... 32060.aspx
http://www.all-battery.com/universalfas ... cells.aspx

If eBay is the only option for you I'd look into these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2200MAH-BP-915- ... 27c07ba857
you'll need two of those and need to remove the 7.4v protection circuit and install your own 14.8v
http://www.ebay.com/itm/PCB-for-14-8V-L ... 4cfd8a9655
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tenergy-1211-TL ... 4cfcf3b752

Hope that's helpful and not too terribly confusing.

GTL lies about their batteries amperage. i bought a "3000mah cell" and it isn't even a 1000mah. So GTL cells is a bad idea.

Also, you are doing an awesome work on that case so far!!! what's the dimensions?

You still have plenty to do ... and still have not decided how I will put the triggers ... any help is welcome ... thanks! :p

I saw the second picture, and was a bit nervous... then I wasn't.

That's looking great man, and I like the color scheme, however unintentional it is.

hello friends!
I'm here humbly to activate my topic again!
I interrupted my project to a long ago, I was a little unhappy with my case calsa by the size and appearance ... and because I think the plastic was bad, my EPOXI broke after a time glued ...
Because of this, all dismounted, threw it out and kept the rest ...
Today I later found another case attracted me more ...
A Wireless Router D-Link brand. (WBR-2310).
Besides swapping case, I also trimmed my motherboard, and let her much smaller ...

Here some pics:

Forgive the quality of the photos ... I used the PSVita to strip them!
There is still much work at Case ... However tale with everyone's help!
Thank you!

wowowow!
:awesome:
