Yesterday I started to build my first portable.

I will use:
Pal N64
2900mAh 11,1v Battery
A 3,3v regulator with 96% efficiency I found at a German onlineshop
Vacuum formed Case
4,3" car review Screen

Should I use bondo or epoxy for Frankencasing ?

Use ABS cement to glue things in the case. Bondo can be used later to fill in small imperfections.

i have done the case and 90% off the electronic.
