HTC HD2 or Google Nexus one ?

I'm thinking of getting a new phone but I'm not sure witch phone I should select.

HTC HD2 VS Google Nexus One.

The HTC Is cooler and has a big HD screen but It's not open source.

The Google Nexus one is not that cool in design and has less animated icons.
It's also an open source system.
