Has anybody seen/played this yet?

From what I've heard, it's *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ing amazing. Apparently it's super open and the player has a similar amount of freedom as in games like Ultima 7 and Morrowind.

Haven't played, but it looks awesome. I just can't justify spending $40 on Steam right now though when I have so many games on there I haven't even touched.

Edit: Oh man, co-op. That could change things.
