Controllers with flat buttons?

Can someone name some controllers with flat buttons, such as the ones that are in the Superpad 64? Just to clarify, I mean anything that's not like the original 64 controller (with its lopsided buttons and whatnot).
EDIT: Don't limit it to just the 64 controllers. I mean any nintendo-system 1st party or #rd party controllers. NES, SNES, 64, etc.
