Usually they don't. Actually, they almost always don't. Unless it specifically says so, it doesn't. No big deal, you can add one yourself relatively easily. One problem though- the PS2 needs 9V, so you're going to have to cut the power down with a voltage regulator. A PTH08080 should work fine.
