XENOGC NEED HELP PLEASE

Okay, so i installed the XenoGC to a GameCube and I burnt a disc, I then put it in and it spun but wouldn't read, i figured it was my pot, i tested it and it looked to be over 400 so i turned it down (i think bout 200 although i have a terrible hard time getting the proper positions for a read) and i reassembled it. and now it will not spin at all with any disc. The XenoGC starts out red then turns green, and when you open the disc tray it goes read, the laser attempts to read, doesn't spin, Xeno goes green. I have re putting in all the wires and i cannot get it to spin, please help. Any suggestions are appreciated

if the LED turned from red to green, then that is a good.
xeno first starts out with a "RED" LED and tries to hook into the drive initialization process to upload code.
After the drive code has been successfully uploaded thats when the LED turns green



check/reseat your DVD drive cables and make sure the lid switch is connected and working properly...
try an original disc to make sure to can play it and then try again with a backup copy

I have checked the cables multiple times, and i have reseated them, but it wont spin. I tried 2 normal discs and its no different, i can see the lasers red light but the disc wont spin. Do you have a skype so i could show you whats happening maybe?
