Pretty much says it all. Budget up to $200, controllers would be nice.

BTW, Watch out for YLOD, especially if you put a larger HDD in it.

At any store, yeah. I paid $90 for the last one I bought, and it works great. One before that was $150 with several games and controllers. Im out of local supply though.

I've got one with a controller, all the cords, a replaced Blu-Ray drive and some DLC (not sure if that will work on your account, though) if you can manage to scrape up an extra $50

As long as the original user that purchased it is still on the PS3, it will. The login information doesn't have to be saved or anything, just the actual user profile.
